Each operation/facility will comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Health and Safety Management Systems are established by subsidiaries throughout our organization to ensure that the Company’s policy commitments are implemented. Our subsidiaries evaluate risks on a routine basis and suitable protective actions are taken.

All Rockwood subsidiaries must develop and implement health and safety programs that conform to this policy. Line management is responsible for implementing systems and procedures that protect employees and control routine operations. The subsidiaries must also establish audit procedures to monitor implementation of this Policy.

Additionally, all employees have a responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others. It is expected that every employee, regardless of their role, maintains a sensitivity and awareness of Health and Safety matters.
